This time boarding went well, food was just adequate with little if any choice, Asian or American. Food was average at best other than good breakfast. Room cleaning was great as usual with rooms being smallest we had encountered. Room generally clean but bathroom was old and dingy with cracked basin and discolored shower base.
Staff attempted to portray "Party" atmosphere to the point of sounding like a Sham Wow commercial. Shows were little more than adequate.
Destinations OK but nothing great, we expected nothing more.
De embarkation went poorly due to credit card account being closed prematurely and then opened again. We were prevented from leaving after waiting in line, had to go back to clear up mess. We were told it was an error on the part of security. Miami was encountering heavy rain and we were to board a bus to Fort Lauderdale. Bus driver and Norwegian staff didn't open door so we had to stand in 3 inch deep water while they just sit on-board. Drive did not come down and help with baggage such that we all were "soaked" waiting on his help. I was angry and told them so to no avail. No apology.
Seems like pre and post boarding staff have gone downhill with to many checks before making needed customer decisions. Power to make decisions does not reside in close staff.
We like Free Style but are questioning our next cruise.
Good Luck, have never heard back from Norwegian on any complaints. Complaints go into a black hole.
