We had a great Baltic cruise onboard Azura. The weather was exceptional and the ports of call were in the main very interesting places to visit.

Observations: Booking was efficient but we received two documents which showed differing times for embarkation and although we linked our bookings, our party of six found that two were in one restaurant and four in another. This was quickly sorted out to our satisfaction on board ship.

The embarkation/disembarkation process was very well organised and clearly P and O are well used to customers who completely ignore their advised check-in times. The lettered cards that you receive when arriving for embarkation are a good way of managing potential queue jumpers. Read more
