This was actually our first cruise on a "large format" cruising ship and we were a bit guarded on how our experience would turn out versus some of the higher end, smaller ships. We were nothing less than impressed with Celebrity's overall cruising concept and the Millennium itself.

This was a ship with very well appointed public rooms, such as the main dining room and the outstanding specialty restaurant, the Olympic, which we had dinner at one evening. Exceptional atmosphere, service and food, yet not a "stuffy" air to it, but rather just professional and elegant with a bit of a fun and cordial twist to the service.

Other public lounge and dining areas were also very pleasant. Our stateroom which was a concierge class veranda cabin on the 8th deck was very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the veranda and several breakfasts there.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 3

Very nice cabin. Terrific Veranda and very well designed storage space in cabin, along with overall layout. Bathroom was a bit small and plain in its appointments, but did not detract from our enjoying the stateroom. Stateroom service was excellent.
