Embarkation--No problem at all! Was able to get on before 2 p.m. We were told that there was food on Deck 14 since the rooms weren't ready. We weren't even done eating when they announced that all staterooms were ready.
I went and explored the ship. Very easy to find things. I took out some books out of the library right away. The selection was excellent.
Our stateroom was on Deck 6 above the life boats. It was extremely quiet and surprisingly large. I even had extra storage left over in the bathroom. I had no problems with the room at all. The bed was very comfortable. I loved leaving the balcony door open at night to listen to the waves. Our cabin attendants, Odetta and Clifford, were so hard working. They were very attentive to our needs.
6155 the balcony was a little larger and offered privacy. Plenty of storage. Near the forward elevators. It was above the disco, but the noise wasn't too bad at all. We did hear a few people partying late, but that was because our balcony door was open. The soundproofing was very good.
