Absolutely horrible, had this been our first cruise it definitely would have been our last. The crews attitude was like we were working for them. Some of them were downright rude and service was poor at best. Something we've never encountered on any other cruise.
The food was terrible, and they could not serve anything hot it was lukewarm at best. The taste was like nothing we've ever encountered. The prime rib had what tasted like a canned or packaged gravy which they also served on their fillet except I believe they put peppercorn in with it. The lobster was very dry and it wasn't served with any drawn butter on the side. One night they serve lasagna but the strange thing it had no red sauce, the chicken parmesan was equally as tasty. The deserts, breakfast and lunch were equally as good. Not sure what tempting morsels they serve they nights we were lucky enough to eat in the ports. This the first cruise we've been on that we actually lost weight, normally we put on 9 or 10 pounds.
The entertainment on board was a joke they would have better served not having any shows and very little in the way of activities during the day. I'll give them credit their vessel was very clean. I wrote the CEO of MSC and his response was to try and blame everything on us because he evidently doesn't want to take responsibility for his product. He might of thought we were looking for something free but like I told him in my response I'll never set foot on another MSC ship even if he paid us since We only take one cruise a year we want to enjoy and feel like we are a valued guest.
