A small delay of 5 hours because of the scrub down after the last cruise....virus again. Had a pleasant lunch at the nearby hotel and the cruise line gave us a $25.00 USD credit for shipboard use. We met some wonderful people who inform me of cruise critic...which I never heard about. For the most part the cruise was very pleasant except for several of the ports. The cities or towns were rather run down and empty..however I assume that a Saturday had something to do with it.

The seas were very calm and smooth..very strange for the North Sea...but very enjoyable. The food in the main restaurant was as presumed, although on this cruise we did not have a 2.5 hour (-) sit down as on other cruises. This cruise was served faster but not rushed and my back side liked that.

Michael's Club with Perry Grant was good...but just for one evening and no more.

Cabin Review

Our cabin 9131 was located on the port side midway down the passageway with a balcony. Although a little cool temperature wise (45 to 55 F)the outside at times was enjoyable. The overhang, due to deck 10, did block out some sun and sky. Next time we'll ask for deck 8 or 7.
