Embarkation: A bit crowded. Had to go inside the building to check in our luggage, then go outside and stand in line for ship check in. We were traveling with our parents and it was difficult for the people of their age to go through all those long lines. The waiting time was longer then airport security check-in.
Cabin: We had a balcony cabin on the 6th deck, close to elevator. The cabin was quiet and spacious with big closets. The bathroom was not very clean and the toilet sit was broken as well as one light. The light was fixed later, but the toilet sit was not. The cabin boy was hard to get, we had to call 2-3 times every time we need a service.
Dining: Buffet food was OK, fresh and tasty, but nothing to brag about. Buffet gets overcrowded during breakfast and lunch time, and when we go there off hours, most of the stations were closed. So we had to either go with less food choice and less people or with more food choice but overcrowded space. Trellis restaurant. The food was good but the service was terrible. We had to wait for 5-10 min until they bring us water and bread (even before we order anything). One time they brought us coffee that was more like water with coffee flavor. Waiters don't speak English very well and they don't listen to you. One time we made our order and 10 min later another waiter stopped by to ask us what we ordered because the first waiter did not get it. What a service!
Cabin 6103. The cabin was quiet and spacious with big closets. Large bathroom. Nice and spacious balcony. Close to elevators and stairs. TV set is small and outdated.
