Just got back from October 2-12 sailing on Sapphire Princess. 10 day cruise to Mexico. It was somewhat disappointing.

Ship is new and nice. Cabins are good, and so are balconies. Entertainment very very good.

Food is terrible in the Horizon Court (24 hours buffet), and fairly decent in the dining room. Service is mediocre at best.
