BOARDING: Quick and painless. Give 'em a credit card number, have a photo taken for security and another for the photo gallery and you're on board. Our luggage took about 2 hours to be delivered, but we were busy exploring the ship and weren't in any hurry.
FOOD: BBQ on first day: well done, tasty, hot was served hot & fresh; cold food was cold and served fresh. We purchased the soda card which runs around $28 for the trip.
BUFFET: mostly what you would expect at a Ryan's restaurant. Considering they are producing large amounts of food that are put out, it is what we expected... so so food, sometimes not served at the proper temperature. Seafood buffet was a bit disappointing. Breakfast is by far the best buffet of the day with made to order omelettes and waffles, crisp bacon, tasty sausage, eggs, and potatoes. At all buffets the fruits were fresh and delicious. Dessert bar offers a nice selection, only a few really hit the spot though. The last day at breakfast there was only whole milk available, seeing as though the expiration date was within 2 days, I am assuming they wanted to use it up. I never once got good orange juice from the machines - they were always overly watered down.
