To, start off, everyone in my family was a first-time cruiser. Overall, the food was great, the ports were beautiful (but VERY hot), and the pools and waterslides weren't too crowded at times.

Embarkation was easy. Unfortunately, it was a very hot day. Going through security was easy and we had our FunPass printed out before embarkation which probably saved us some time, we were on the ship by about 1:15 and embarkation took about 40 minutes.

Once on the ship, we sat and waited for our rooms (we had 2) to be finished in the Grand Spectrum. The stateroom we were on was on the Main deck and at night I could hear the engine. Bathrooms were small and the toilets were LOUD! I never got to meet the steward/stewardess but we had a cute animal towel waiting on our bed every night along with some pillow chocolates. We dined in the sensation dining room and the maitre'd was a HOOT! Our head-waiter was wonderful and sometimes gave us seconds "for the same price."
