Cabin: Neptune Deluxe Verandah Suite
This was a first cruise for my wife and me. We upgraded to the Deluxe Veranda Suite (S-Class) for a premium price and expected the best.
This upgrade did expedite our embarkation experience in NYC. We did not have to wait in line, but were taken to a processor immediately. This was a good sign to start.
We entered the ship and went to our deck, Navigation 10 and to the concierge room where we were greeted by name. This was both comforting and a little creepy. How did they know our name when we just walked in? I guess they studied the photos taken at embarkation 15 minutes ago.
