Let me start out by saying that we had such a fabulous time on this trip. Everything went very well except we had a little glitch with our tour group but it all worked out at the end.

Pre-cruise--We stayed at the Atrium Palace 4 nights pre-cruise. The hotel is a nice one-courteous staff, very clean and updated, good selections of food at breakfast, 24 hours free internet access & good location. The room was on the small side but we managed. We spent 3 days touring Barcelona and we saw pretty much everything we wanted to see--Park Guell, La Pedrera, Sagrada Familia, Magic Fountain of Montjuic, shopping at different areas etc. We did not care much for Las Ramblas although La Boqueria was an interesting place and we ate at one of the counters for lunch. We fell in love with some of the Tapas in Barcelona! It was extremely easy to get around using the subway. We decided not to get on the Ho-Ho bus since couple of the days were quite hot and humid.

Embarkation--the process went smoothly. We stood in line for about 20 minutes and got check in quickly without issues. We considered that pretty good.
