I was skeptical about cruising but too many of our friends had recommended it so we decided to add this 7 night cruise in between a longer visit to Europe. All I can say is I'm converted! We found a ship cleverly designed and laid out so you could enjoy both frenetic activity, raucous bars, dancing, etc. as well as peaceful relaxing, dining and chilling out listening to jazz or single guitar.

Like others have commented, my wife and I took up the "Chill Lounge" couples package on day 1 for about $US180 giving us access to the Yin & Yang spas, lounges and these great little hot tiled beds. I spent plenty of totally relaxed hours here and also took up both a massage and an acupuncture session which were both great.

We were worried about how our kids would go in the Kids and Teen Clubs, but needn't have. We hardly saw our 17 year old son for a week on the ship as he hung out in the Teen lounge and made some great new friends. Our 10 and 8 year old daughters just wanted to stay in the Kids Club all the time which allowed my wife and I to enjoy checking out the restaurants and bars and relaxing in the Chill Lounge. The staff in the kids programs are simply fantastic and put a lot of effort into making it fun for the kids.
