Having read all the negative reviews about the ship we were very apprehensive about going, however, we thoroughly enjoyed our cruise and had no problems with our cabin. There were however, several passengers that experienced some problems with the toilets flooding in their cabins and subsequently the smells that permeated from them. Overall we loved it and the staff are just amazing. If you are going my advice would be to eat in the Orion restaurant (waiter service) as they really look after you and the food is of a higher quality. It was fine dining with excellent choices. We thought the Andromeda self service restaurant was a poor man's cafe with a poor choice of cheap cold cuts bacon, sausage, black pudding that looked and tasted awful, the evening meals were much the same. The ship itself is really in need of a refit and overlooking the fact that the bath and shower curtain should have been replaced also the old tv we still had a wonderful time visiting various ports along the way. We listened to other passengers compare the ship to the other ships they have sailed on Thomson and they all said Celebration and Spirit were far better. My advice would be if you are going, to experience your own holiday and judge for yourself and to reassure you that the ship has lots of engineers on board to address any problems you should experience I wish you all the best and hope you have an enjoyable holiday as we had.

Cabin Review

Cabin os

Cabin 6127 - is mid ship and very quiet, it is also close enough to the lifts and is in the middle of the ship.
