Ok so we were first time cruisers and were looking for a big new ship. We were amazed by Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas and decided to book in there, but the thing was that it was pretty much full already (we booked late [never happening again!]) We were really dellusionated because we really wanted to go on it but then my cousin recommended Carnival (i never heard of it before) so I said, "why not?" :D SO THE BOOKING TURNED OUT TO BE GREAT, We worried about the negative reviews, but once you get there, you don't need to think of anything bad :-) - - - - - - - ABOUT OUR CRUISE VACATION:

THE PORT: It amazed us how fast they were. We got early so we didn't have any lines, we checked in then waited until they cleared all passengers of the ship and we were off to go.

THE SHIP: "WOW!" when for the first time I entered a cruise ship. It's big, beautiful, and overall very clean! Not one stain or garbage found anywhere. I was impressed by that. Read more
