Hi! This was my sixth cruise and the first time on Carnival.

We embarked from New YOrk and got to the pier about 11:30am. From the moment we entered the terminal the boarding experience was awful. This was the first time a ship was leaving out of New YOrk for the season and it showed. The terminal was extremely hot and very unorganized. The Carnival reps were yelling at us and other people on line because someone moved the ropes that lead u through the lines like disneyland. IT was a very frustrating experience.

we got on board the ship around 12:20pm and I loved how everyone from the ship were wearing red tshirts that said, " just ask" We were able to go right to our room as this was the first sailing from ny. The red sail restaurant was crowded and to be honest I hated it. It was spread out too much and it was a pain to get your food and bring it back to the table. There were always long lines by the mongolian wok and fish and chips. The food was cold and the selection is limited.
