I will start of by saying that all in all our cruise was great. Now for the bad. This cruise should have been billed as a 6 day cruise not a 7 day and charged accordingly. The cruise left at 11:59pm (1 minute to me isn't a day) and we couldn't board until about 8:30. It was pouring rain in Seattle and most of the shops in the market were closed so we had nothing to do but sit in the terminal for hours. When boarding started it was like the running of the bulls. After the sea pass picture, there was a long line waiting to get on board and we got cold and wet. The hold up was due to crew MAKING you stop and get pictures made. They need to have a line for those of us who don't want to have that done. We chose select dining again because our previous cruise in March you could schedule your dining times on the 1st day and never have to think about it again. However, they changed the policy on that and you had to reserve dining times each day after 9:00am and that became a problem when you got to port at 7:00am. The food in the buffet and the disorganization was terrible. Only 1 cook to do omelets in the morning and you stood in line for at least 20min. The rooms are nice, but the carpet and the bedding are so worn and in need of a change. Now the good...The waiters in the main dining room are the best, especially Gabriel. They work so hard and are so eager to please. Tracy arm cruise was SUPER. Go to the Constellation lounge early for a great spot, you won't be disappointed. The captain got us so close to the glacier, I couldn't believe that he navigated thru all the ice.
