We had a last minute booking on Ventura for her March Trans Atlantic crossing. The journey from East Midlands Airport was seamless as was the embarkation. Well done P&O, MSC could learn a lot from you.

Now for the niggles. The food was not the usual high standard expected of P&O. Rating: Could have done better.

Lack of Managerial control in Marco White's restuarant. I object to paying £56 supplement for a special meal on a special occasion, my wife's birthday on a Formal evening to sit opposite people sitting in their shirt sleeves whilst others displayed red braces, their Dinner Jackets hung on the back of the chair. There is a dress code and it should be enforced.
