We, meaning my husband, my sister and a friend, all active seniors, boarded a bus in Providence for the trip to NY. We arrived about 12:15 and was in line for about 15MIN. Had all the paperwork filled out previously so check in was fast and smooth. Boarded and went up to have lunch, walked around and checked out the ship. Cabins were ready about 1:30 and luggage arrived around 3pm.

Ship is very atractive and easy to get around. Cabin was average size for a balcony room, clean and well taken care of by our room steward. Plenty of storge space, 2 closets, plenty of cabinet and drawer space. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom had a nice sink area with shelves for your personnal items.

The buffett area was always very busy. Stations are not marked and a lot of time is waisted looking for your food. Also seating at time was hard to find. Ate breakfast in the dinning room most days, less hectic and food was fresher and better presented. Ate lunch at the grill or Deli, free soft serve ice cream available by the back pool.

Cabin Review

Cabin had a balcony, not as large as I have had on previous cruise ships but adequate with 2 web style chairs and a small table. Bed was queen size and very comfortable, found the quilt to be too heavy for my liking. Storage under bed for luggage. Plenty of closet, cabinet and drawer space. Bathroom is a good size, lots of storage shelves for personnel items. Room location was in middle of ship, near central elevators. Never heard any noise in hallway, heard slamming of doors on occasion. Very happy with our cabin.
