Fourth cruise with Carnival and perhaps the best!
First much of a cruise is weather dependent and it could not have been better, from the time we left Galveston to our return, sunny perfect days and almost a flat sea, we never felt any ship movement of significance (I am pretty sure I could have water skied the Gulf).
Left Austin at 8a and arrived at 12:30 with one pit stop. The other couple going with us (first timers) wanted to see Galveston so we toured a bit arriving at the dock at 1:30.
