Being a first timer, my wife and I didn't know what to expect. We'd read numerous reviews and they ranged from loving Princess to Hating it. We were more than pleased and this made us Princess fans... We are now planning our follow up cruise.

First, we arrived in Ft. Lauderdale a day early to be on the safe side. This seems to be a practical suggestion made on numerous reviews that we read. We really didn't do anything in Ft. Lauderdale but anxiously awaited our cruse experience.

Embarkation was a breeze. We had read some pretty bad stories about this process, but from the time we arrive at the pier until the time we entered into our cabin was less than 10 minutes. I travel a lot in my profession and I wish the airlines were as efficient and effective in their loading process.

Cabin Review

Cabin AB

We had mini-suite D325 on the dolphin deck. It was quiet, with ample closet space, and an uncovered balcony. I didn't like the fact that others could look down onto our balcony but it was a great place to sit in the sun and relax as the waves rolled by. It was located close enough to the center of the ship that we had easy access to most activities in the Atrium/Piazza.
