I'm 31 years old and I have cruised with carnival about 5 different times. I've enjoyed them as I've never experienced anything else. Now that I went on Freedom of the Seas, I will NEVER, EVER go back to carnival and I don't care how much more I have to pay to cruise Royal Caribbean.

Royal Caribbean top quality while carnival is below average. The best example I could give to compare the two is this, "carnival is like a Honda Civic Car and Royal Caribbean is a like a Cadillac Escalade. Both will get you to and from but man is the Cadillac so much nicer with more amenities. Prior To Cruise: Call Royal Caribbean and ask for confirmation of all documentations including your travel vouchers if you get them .

Ship: Freedom is EXTREMELY NICE. Top of the line quality everywhere! The layout of the boat is easy to navigate through. There is a lot do to and YES, you can get it all done with 2-3 days at sea. 10 times more nicer than carnival ships.
