I usually don't take the time to write reviews on anything, but felt compelled to do so in this case because our vacation trip was so much of a disappointment. We usually enjoy cruising and all of our vacations. This time was a major exception. I hope I don't get bombarded by spam in doing so. Overall, the Jade was very good, even-though the theme/design of the boat was a little wild. The problem is the Freestyle options. One would think it would be "whatever" like the brochures said, but believe me it's not "whatever".

It was very restrictive to what times you can get food. No food services is provided between 10-noon, 3-5 pm and after 9:30 pm. Room service is one page in length with no options there. Why? We paid enough money to get food anytime we wanted to. Read more
