From the minute we boarded the Mariner we were treated with friendliness and many smiles. The ship was kept very clean by the crew and passengers were urged to take advantage of hand sanitizer machines at every food venue.

Our stateroom (with veranda) was spacious with ample closet space. The attendant could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

Don,t be scared off by the size of the ship, as there are lots of intimate areas. Also, even though there are 3500 passengers aboard, you will never know it. Multiple activities from ice shows, movies, dancing etc. spread out the crowds.

The main dinning room has such a myriad of menu choices that we did not feel the need to go elsewhere for dinner. As for the other venues -Cafe Promenade was our favorite- open 24 hrs. with a change of choices depending on the time of day. Of course Windjammer Cafe/Jade were also very good.

The cruise director on the Mariner did a superb job of balancing all the More activities on board. He was always visible around the ship even preforming in the Schooner bar.

On the whole, don't hesitate to cruise aboard this beautiful ship. Less
