Hi! Fresh off the VOS and WOW!!!!! Best cruise i ever had! The only thing i am very disappointed about was the "Meet and Mingle"...it was very unorganized and people were down right rude..won't waste my time again! But as far as RCCI and VOS...awesome!!!! The embarkation was very organized, we were on the ship within 45 minutes of arriving. We were in our room before one and the room was beautiful..we had a promenade handicap accessible room which came available about two weeks ago, the bathroom was huge!

The entertainment was FABULOUS!!!!!!! We went to see the Platters twice and the ice show should not be missed. The singers and dancers were out of this world. The ship decor, the dining rooms and all public areas were gorgeous. The food was Excellent and the staff...well, I'm speechless..they were the best staff i have ever had in 5 cruises..they were always singing, smiling and catered to us in every way! Everyone loved the Windjammer staff, especially "Juicy" and "Coffee"..We loved Johnny Rockets and i loved having the Solarium pool and whirlpool...NO KIDS!!! The disco was alot of fun, but the big hangout was the Casino (which was way too small for a ship of that size) and Pig and Whistle...I can't say enough about the staff..Kathleen, Selim, Dominic and Claudio were our staff..but i also had my favorite bartenders and casino helpers..Tonya, Remington and Donald in the casino and Anthony as a bartender.

Now, for some negative points...like i said in the beginning...i think we had some of the rudest, most arrogant people i have ever seen on a cruise ship..they pushed, shoved and were not friendly at all (passengers). The kids on this ship were very young and uncontrollable and rude. Our dinner guests actually tipped a staff to get rid of unruly children at dinner...it was ridiculous..i never understood why that people had a problem with children/babies in the formal dining areas, but NOW i fully understand...people should learn to control their children and leave the area with screaming babies...Getting off the ship was a nightmare in San Juan..we had to clear customs before even getting off...it took us nearly an hour to do this...there was no ice tea by the 7th day (nowhere on the ship), the coffee machine was down from day one at Seattles best, and the ice cream machines were shut down from 11pm on...Other cruises had food available 24 hours...only small sandwiches and desserts were this time..Now, the worst part...
