Background: my husband and I are mid-30's. He's cruised with his family growing up numerous times. This was my first cruise. We booked Aquaclass.

Embarkation: We stayed at the FLL Springhill Suites the night before we sailed. We're Elite with Marriott, and got a good deal on a room. They gave us free cookies and chips at check-in. We booked the room because they have a free airport shuttle and a free shuttle to the pier. We took the 11:00 shuttle, were at the pier by 11:30, and embarkation was an absolute breeze. No one in front of us, we were on the ship by 11:45, max.

Room: We booked Aquaclass 1560, and the room was perfect. Bottled water, fruit, fresh flowers and champagne were all in our room when we arrived. The balcony was shaded, but we didn't have any complaints, a nice roomy size with chairs a table and ottomans. We spent a ton of time on the balcony because it was so romantic to look on the water. Moreno, our stateroom attendant was amazing. He was always there, without ever being there. Our room was always cleaned when we returned from breakfast, and cleaned again and turned down for the night while we were at dinner. He replenished fruit, flowers and water consistently.

Cabin Review

AquaClass 1

Cabin A1

Bed by the balcony in this cabin. Shaded balcony. Great location. No noise heard from overhead.
