Sail Date: May 2010

My husband and I took a short getaway to the Western Caribbean it was quite nice. We drove to Miami from our home in FL boarding was very easy step one parking wonderful right a cross from the ship. Step 2 logging in at cruise ship desk gave credit card signed form go sail card said thank you and proceed up escalator arrived on board went to room and let back up we had champagne waiting and again a bottle in room with fruit. Our ship is older but in good shape wonderful crew and we meet great people from Germany and Illinois and we had a wonderful time on board. Now let's talk about the cruise line's itinerary Day 1 sailing-ok Day 2 Honduras please upon arriving into port I new this would be an adventure we cruise alot and like going out into town to meet the locals and just experience new cultures. Honduras is not ready yet. We wanted to go to the West End got into a cab nice guy at first, I as how long the ride was and what the cost was armed with this info of we went after seeing the West End that was the end for me so we ask the driver to bring us back during the return he the driver started getting on his cell phone I can understand Spanish when spoken slowly I was not getting good vibes on the way down the mountain he stopped and pick up a friend who spoke English and I knew things were not so I said I was sick and acted the part and they were not sure so he took us back to the ship. Point 1 allway travel with other people it you don't speak the language. Port 2 Cozumel Mexico we were there about 10 years ago and the place has changed great stop will always return people are wonderful and speak English. Wonderful beaches great place for the family and the young. lots of great shopping. My only thing is with the formal evening of dining it you don't want to do the formal dinning then please give me the same respect and the formal dining guest and provide me with the same type of food (I paid for it).The last day at sea was great did lots of reading. We talked with guest services and told them we had to get off the ship early and that was not a problem we were at breakfast at 6:30am eat (great food) went back to get our bags and were through US customs and our car and on the road by 8:30am. Thank you cruise line.

Happy Cruiser

Cabin Review

Our cabin number 9171 on the 9th level. Nice room but I through an up graded cabin would be larger because you paid more. Colors were nice room clean. Our robs were clean and white our sheets were changed every day. I always travel with my own pillow cases did not have to use them.(smile) clean bathroom and large.
