We booked for a Western Caribbean cruise but had our Itinerary changed due to a hurricane. My only problem was the last minute change to an Eastern Caribbean trip was changed again to a truncated Western trip 2 days into the cruise. How can you decide not to go to Jamaica, then after sailing 2 days determine it's ok? Once the stops (only 2 instead of 4) were chosen there were insufficient shore excursions available. Trips booked up in minutes.

Embarkation could have been better. Poor line control by Princess staff. People formed multiple lines, cut in at the wrong place after dropping off luggage etc. Once inside, if you had all paperwork and documents handy the booking process was very fast.

Disembarkation was a breeze. Princess has a process that was expeditious and easy! Luggage was easily located and once our category was called we were off the ship, obtained our luggage cleared customs and immigration in a few short minutes.
