My wonderful daughter took me on this cruise because she knows I love them. We choose it because of the convience of the local port and also because we had never been to the Bahamas.

Since we choose a suite (for the first time) we were given VIP embarkment. What a godsend! We were onboard in no time. Rooms are not ready until about 3pm so we went up to the Lido for lunch and our first drink of the day, the Funship Special. We walked around for awhile until an announcement was made saying all rooms were ready. Once we checked out our wonderful room we headed on deck to take some pictures. We sailed on the Miracle last and since the Pride is of the same class it was great to already know our way around.

After the muster drill (no need to bring your life jackets anymore) my cruise critic roll call members met for a meet and greet. It was nice to finally meet alot of the people I had been chatting with for so long.

Cabin Review

Cabin 11

Room 6197 is a category 11 suite. Mid-ship, just down the hall from the Atrium elevators. Room was quiet all the time. Clean. I did notice that the whirlpool part of the tub was not working. Large balcony with 3 chairs, 1 table and 1 chaise lounge. Nice sized flat screen tv. Sooo much storage space. Bring your own hangers as theirs are stupid! :)
