To start, I would like to say that this is our 12Th cruise with RCCL. We booked the cruise on the Oasis of the Seas while on board the Majesty of the Seas in December 2008. It was one amazing cruise and could not believe that we were on a ship with 5700 passengers. It was never crowded anywhere. We ate in the dinning room every night except for one which we ate at Giovanni's Table It was a very good experience, the food and service was excellent. You really forget that you are on a ship and not on land. The shows were great. The best show was Oasis of Dreams. I have only one suggestion and it is big. Make sure you make your reservations on line for all the shows as soon as you can. They allow you to make them while you are on the ship, but you may not get the times you want. I was not made aware that you should book the shows ahead of time. When I went on line to book the shows they were pretty much booked. It took quite some time to work out but I was able to get all the shows. We were also traveling with our dear friends, so we were booking these shows together. Because of this problem I really thought that this whole cruise was going to be a disaster giving the magnitude of this ship.

The location of our cabin was very convenient. We were right off the elevator on the eight floor. It was quiet you never heard any outside noise. The room and the balcony were adequate size. It could have used a little more draw space. From the beginning we boarded the ship and the embarkation procedure was so quick we were in our room in less the 30 minutes. For the next seven days everything went extremely well. The Day of Debarkation came and I figured this was going to be an issue. To our amazement it was the quickest debarkation we have ever had. Kudos to RCCL they really know what they are doing. Great ship and Great Cruise.
