We traveled with a party of 6 for a pre-night cruise on 4/16 and stayed at the Pier 66 in Ft. Lauderdale. Highly recommended.
Boarded the Oasis on 4/17 about 1:30 PM. Embarkation- a breeze!!! All of us on the ship in 15 minutes.
The ship: What can I say... Gorgeous.... Never felt like you were on a ship. Every room was beautiful. We had main seating at table 215. Edwin and Alexander were one of the best we have had on any ship and we hsve been on over 30 cruises on all lines. Very little motion on the ship if at all the week of 4-17 to 4-24.
The shows were excellent. Have not seen better on any other ship. We did not go to the Headliner Show "The Nelsons" or the Comedy Show so I can not comment on those.
Ports: We have been to these many times but did enjoy doing our own thing ashore.
Disembarkation: A breeze. Times were about 10 minutes off from the cruise estimate they provided but you can not control that but once they called your number, no problems.
Exceptions: Rooms were a tad bit smaller than other RC ships but not terribly so. Sometimes the elevator waits were a bit longer.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Excellent. Great crew. Beautiful ship.
