There are plenty of reviews on the Solstice, so I will just provide my input on what hasn't been reviewed in detail already.

First impressions: Ship was beautiful, modern and "hip" in most places...except the shopping areas, photo gallery and casino...those areas had a typical casino on board feel...kind of like older hotels on Miami Beach. The artwork was great, with really nice ocean pictures on our floor (11th floor).

Food--we are not fans of the mass produced food in the main restaurants in general (Indeed, we NEVER ate at the Grand Epernay, so we can't comment on it at all). Granted, Celebrity is likely better than most large cruise lines in this area, but our feeling is, how good could the food be when it is being mass produced for 3000 people?

Cabin Review

AquaClass 1

Cabin A1

1605--one of the Hump AQ balconies--the balcony was very long and we really enjoyed it. We were next to one of the large Suites.

1654--CC room starboard aft. Nice room, normal balcony.
