We booked this cruise on Princess via travel agent and they did a great job of handling our bus connection from the southwest coast of FL to the port. Getting there was easy. Pickup after the cruise by the bus was tougher as he had to drop off everyone first, then pick up from other ships. We were the last to leave Ft Lauderdale! Still it is better than driving and parking.

Boarding was easy. They asked if my husband needed a wheelchair and he did for boarding. It was a breeze to go right on board. Of course we missed photo op but there were enough options on board to make up for that. (Photo prices are overcharged) Ft Lauderdale is a lot easier for boarding and disembarking than Miami. The terminal staff tries harder and is more open to assisting everyone.

The ship was grand as befits the name. Every area was clean, though it is starting to show signs of wear and salt attack. There was a huge movie screen at one open-air pool that also had music. The other large pool was quiet and closed in. The air got a bit stuffy at times. The Spa pool had no water when we checked it out. Do not know why. The Sanctuary pool (adults only) charges about $10 a visit. Not worth it!
