This was our 4th cruise and we are, admittedly, partial to Royal Caribbean. There were good and bad things on this cruise. Most of the bad revolved around customer service.

We traveled as a family with our 2 boys in a separate cabin. When we arrived at the port to check in, we were directed to the self-service kiosks. However, the kiosks do not let you check in minors, so we had to go to the regular line anyway, making it a double check-in. They should just direct families with kids to one line to save time.

When we got to our cabin, it was dusty and did not look as though they cleaned it fully. There were crumbs on the desk! Also, we read that the ship was in dry dock and refurbished, so I was surprised to see that the furniture was nicked up a good bit. The TV remotes did not work well, which was frustrating when checking the folio, menus or shore excursions. We called for help, but they did nothing.

Cabin Review

Small, older furniture. Also, we were right under the pool deck and heard chairs scraping constantly.
