my wife and I are world travelers...land and cruise. fortunately representative of the idea that today's 70's are the new 50's. we have cruised for many years on most of the lines...including those regarded as upscale-- most however, have been on almost all of HA's "damn ships". thru the years we have found them to be reliable, trusted, efficient and offering very fare value for good food and reasonable entertainment. one negative has been, however, the perceived burden of of passengers needing physical assistance. not so on this Eurodam...even not counting those on spring break, the average age seemed under 50...the crowd not from the florida condo's...but representative of what seemed to be all of the US and Canada. we met some very interesting people.

details....the boarding..baggage collected, signed in and boarded with lightning speed...verandah cabin attended to with invisible efficiency...ship clean as a whistle--sails beautifully...entire staff always with genuine smiles and welcoming words...and I'm talking from sailors--wait staff--pursers--port lecturer--cruise and fitness staff--up to and including the captain. disembarkation..a snap.

dining...they've got the "anytime" to a science...any meal, any time, table for 4 or 6...window preferred, never waited more than one minute...the food, everywhere...best ever dining room food on ANY ship...advice.. eat ANYTHING, ANYWHERE on the ship that sounds ITALIAN...never tasted any equal in NY, San Fran or Italy....can't tell whether it's the line or the chef...but WOW. Can you give 10 stars?
