AWESOME! We (me, DH, DS12, DD6) loved our Majesty experience. Rainy start in Miami, on and off showers/rain all morning. Got to the dock on Monday about 11:30-right to the counter to get our Sea Passes, right up the escalator to the ship, stop, take picture, right on board. No lines, no delays, very friendly staff to greet us. Lunch in WJ-not too crowded, found table by window, enjoyed buffet offerings (DS especially loved all the selection-he loves to try new things) relaxed for a few minutes. Got DH's coke sticker, made MTD ressie for that night. Off to check out the cabins. We had connecting cabins on Deck 4. Was actually expecting rooms to be smaller but size was ok for me (altho could not do all 4 in one!). Connecting door did not open all the way-beds blocked it a bit. Not a problem for us-we just squeezed through when needed and were planning to leave it open only a crack at night anyway. Luggage (including our backpack of non alcoholic bevs) arrived about 1:30. By sailaway it was sunny and dry and kids loved playing in the pool as we left.

HIGHLIGHTS: MTD-never had trouble getting a time we wanted (usually between 6-7). Had the same table (96) each night. Wait staff (Anthony and Anthony) were wonderful. Did not feel rushed and did not have to wait for food service. Food was very good (IMHO). Thought selection was varied and whilie portions were small, had plenty to eat. DS ordered an app size portion of 2 entrees so he could try them as well as getting the entree he wanted-no problem. DD had fruit each night for a app (even though it was not listed-again no problem) Desserts were yummy--esp the sugar free ones I had (did not have that "fake" taste some SF ones do)

AO- DD loved the AO activities. Seemd to have good supervision for her age group and they were always involved in something when I stopped by (or tried to pick her up!). Would have loved to have a sea day to just spend there. DS mostly did pickup basketball and played in the arcade with some kids. Fuel seemed to be well attended and seemed like the kids there were generally nice.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin F2

Great location-convenient to everything. Had connecting cabin 4058 too. Connecting door did not open all the way (I guess we could have moved the bed and left it open all the time-but we did not want this). View from the window was nice.
