Cabin: Deluxe Owner's Suite with Large Balcony

You know how sometimes when you repeat something it's never quite as good as that first experience, well, not in this case. We sailed this itinerary last March in a balcony cabin on deck nine. That was our first Norwegian sailing. We loved the ship and loved the "freestyle" experience, enough to decide to book the same cruise again. We originally booked an AE suite on deck 9. I read so much on cruise critic about aft suites that I had to try one. One week before the cruise we received an upsell to the Deluxe Owners Suite on deck 15 at a great price, so we took advantage.

EMBARKATION: Quick and easy. It took about 10 minutes to check us in and we were escorted to the suite lounge, where we were served food and refreshments. We took advantage of the time to meet some of our fellow suite passengers. Ruth our Concierge showed up about 30 minutes later and escorted us onto the ship along with Kadek our Butler. Kadek brought us to our room and showed us around. FIVE STARS for embarkation. Simple, quick.

CABIN: What can I say, the cabin was amazing. Deck 15. One wall of windows floor to ceiling, overlooking the pool area. The view was fantastic. We had a private balcony with a hot tub, table, four chairs and two lounges, also had another large lounge. From our balcony we enjoyed the music being played at the pool, but had the privacy of our own hot tub. Mike filled it each day and prepared our deck for us. The room itself was very large and comfortable. There was a dressing room, the bathroom had two sinks, shower, tub and TV. I loved this cabin. It was quiet, since there are only two up there, and relaxing when you wanted to get away. Room service was enjoyable because the table was right up against the window and the view while dining was beautiful. The bright colors work in the cabin and everything comes together. There was a BOSE stereo system with speakers throughout the room, as well as DVD player and DVD library. The King sized bed was very comfortable. All in all if you can book this cabin, do it, it is worth every penny.

Deluxe Owner's Suite with Large Balcony

Cabin H2

Great view, great location, great balcony. Enjoyed the hot tub. Loved being up on the top. Quiet since only one other cabin up there with us. Bathroom was huge, perfect. Dressing area was large.
