Before we booked a cruise, we made a lot of research on cruise lines on the internet, got advises from at least four people who frequently go on cruises, talked with our travel agent about our needs and expectations, and Celebrity was always a company that would come up as one of the best cruise line, with excellent service and good food.
I have been told that the service was so good that the crew would go beyond our expectation and would make everything they can to satisfy our demands.
Unfortunately it is not the case.
Cabin Review
Room 9099. It was larger than I expected. It was very clean. We were on the right side of the ship to always have a nice view when in ports. The only thing was that it was a bit noisy on the balcony because we were right under the deck where people go to smoke and when they moved the chairs and tables, we could hear bang bang, but it was not very often. I recommend it.
