This was my first cruise. I am a 24 year old college student. I went with 5 of my buddies who are all around my age. It was an awesome trip.

Rooms: We had a inside cabin and to be honest I only spent about 6 hours a day in there so it was not a penthouse but the beds were so comfy and I slept great. I am 6'3 so small beds were a worry but I fit well. Room service was great. Room was kept clean and turn down was always nice.

FOOD: I probably cost NCL a few grand in the amount of food i ate. If anyone complains about the food then they are probably expecting filet and freshly flown in Maine lobster. I dinned in the buffet and main dinning rooms. Everything I had was incredible.(Before you say, "oh he is a college kid he will eat anything", I do have standards and I have grown up in a family that endulges in the greats of life. This food was tasty and had good quality) The buffet was great and the staff was very helpful and quick to bring out fresh food or clean up where someone might have made a mess. The only thing I suggest is if you order a steak order it one temp grade down. Want medium order medium rare. I believe they are scared to hand people rare food so I ordered my steaks Rare and it came out a perfect medium rare. I could go on and on about how great the food was. Pay places: I never ate at a pay resturant. Never needed to. My buddies did go to the mexican place once but that was my birthday and I had to take a nap due to the excess of drinks that were bought for me by all the friends we made on the trip. They said it was delicious and was well worth the $10. Warning: Do not get to used to having food for free all 24/7 and not having to clean up after yourself. When I got home i would sit around looking at my fridge and wishing food would make itself and then clean itself up. Very upsetting. Read more
