We were so happy as this would be our our 3rd cruise to Alaska. This year we decided to go with our family friends and there children and ours. We have previously cruised with Princess and somewhat had a good time. It wasn't great but it was good. This was the biggest ship going to Alaska and since we like big ships we booked it. We told our friends how wonderful this cruise would be and hat your going to have a great time.

Embarkation was smooth and quick. We were on the ship within 15 minutes. Very very simple. SIDE NOTE: They gave you a sheet to fill out in the beginning about if you have any symptoms of illness that not many cruise lines have done. Interesting....!

As i looked at the ship boarding it..it looked very nice ... thats what i thought until i entered the ship. Okay, now this ship was okay but let me say what a terrible entrance look i had. The public areas looked worn out and beaten. The ship was ugly. The stairways loooked like a jail prison. I mean this is nothing like RCL or Norwegian. I ddint say anything until i got to the room. As we went up to see o ur penthouse i noticed everythig seemed old. The hallways were very cramped. When i got to my room i hoped that it woul atleast be nice cause it was a penthouse.....WELL I WAS WRONG! the room was smaller then the sapphire princess penthouse.Everything was old the balcony was the nicest thing.

Cabin Review
