We went into this cruise with open minds, but were soon disappointed. We sailed a year ago on the Serenade and were 'wowed' and were expecting a similar experience.

Getting to Galveston was not a problem, however we had to wait in line 2 hours to get on the boat, and it was hot. Two RCCL employees were arguing about where to direct the line, and it lead to a lot of frustrated people. One person told us to go one way, another to go the other way, and it was very disorganized and frustrating.

The food was bland, there were some good choices, but the food didn't taste that good. Read more
