Came aboard Mon. at 1:30 after a flight from WA DC and hadnt eaten. Rapid check-in and we went to deck 10 and had a real nice lunch, lots of food and a Calypso Band which was too loud but we arent complaining. Left the dock at exactly 5 PM and headed to Freeport arriving at dawn and a georgeous sunrise. Stayed aboard because it was 25 min to town. Left at 5 PM again for Nassau arriving at dawn. Downtown Nassau is a filthy mess and if they want me back they should scrub the streets which were black, greasy dirt. The Casino was beautiful but the boats taking us over were filthy and over loaded and I got wet.(Nassau filth again) The Casino has the most beautiful aquarium in the world too. Sailed again at 5 pm promptly for Horshoe Cay, NCL owns half of it. Arrived at 7 AM and went ashore for a picnic and snorkeling. That was beautiful but they had hamburgers cooked by a hockeyplayer who thought well done was the only way you can cook one and it had to feel like a hockey puck. My fav. food is a hamburger too but I couldnt eat it. The experience aboard ship was pretty much a 10. Service was excellent, people polite and very helpful, food was good for a family cruise, coffee was excellent although they only serve 1 brand. The cruise director was from England, obnoxious and seemed to be on a good drug as he never shut-up but the shows were good quality and fun. Thanksgiving dinner was understandably, turkey out of a can but better than going hungry, service great. Reccommend it for 1st timers to find out if they like it, not worth it to have a window as you cant see anything at night anyway. Kids welcome and we didnt have any problems with them, well behaved and seperate from adults a lot. GO! Try it out!

Cabin Review

Inside rooms are crowded but livable and no queen bed, just singles. You only sleep there anyway. Fun to hav ethe camera hoooked to ships bow and watch in room so you could tell if you were docked. Ship rode so smooth you could not tell it was underway.
