Nightmare getting to San Juan when Atlanta ground to a halt by the threat of snow. Having flown from London it soon became obvious we would not get out of Atlanta. Drove to Miami - 11 hours in the rain, what joy. Will never opt for Delta again - rude unhelpful and downright useless. Arrived day late in San Juan totally bushed. Enjoyed Hilton Caribe although pricing is OTT.

Next day embarkation was a breeze. After years of putting up with airline abuse this was a pleasure (almost). On board within 30 minutes. We had an aft balcony cabin on Baja. Wonderful location, adequate size, facilities OK. No obtrusive noise and little movement. Loved the sound and view of the wake. Just too relaxing. Steward (Rolando)first class - never intruded but everything was always spot on.

Ship was clean and attractive. Crew ditto and helpful.

Cabin Bal

Aft balcony (B754) was wonderful. Love the noise of the wake, the view the decent sized balcony and the peace and quiet - we hardly heard another person in two weeks. It is a long way to some facilities but a short way to others. Our favourite pool (terrace)and the buffets are at the back.
