An overall poor value for the price. We were not met at the Orlando airport upon arrival. There were, however, greeters at baggage claim for several other cruise lines (some discount ones too). We found the check in area with some difficulty and had to wait at least thirty minutes to check in. Most of our check in was done on-line well before. The area we waited in was smoke filled from smokers standing in the bus area directly outside. The boarding process for the transfer to the port was poorly organized and confusing. It took an additional two hours before we were on the Disney bus. the buses to Port Canaveral were clean and well staffed. The interior areas of the ship host impressive vistas and are well maintained. Our stateroom was as expected from our on-line research. Clean, well appointed and with a nice veranda and seating for two. Room service was generally good and prompt. The food at the poolside was once a bit scary as my daughter bit into a raw chicken finger. The dining experience was generally good with acceptable but mediocre food. There was a clear emphasis on hand washing and wet wipes were passed out while waiting on those lines while waiting to be seated. Service was wonderful. Our wait staff was very warm and accommodating following us to each of our restaurants nightly. The gym was well appointed, clean and afforded a great view. Entertainment was excellent in the theaters and deck party. Pyrotechnics were expertly used at the outside deck show as well as in the indoor theater! The Oceaneer's club was as mentioned in other reviews, dark and a bit understaffed. Computer games and entertainment kept our two kids coming back for more. Disembarkation ran smoothly and our bags handed off directly to our airline.

7524. Good placement on the forward end of the ship. This level is high enough to afford a good view from the veranda.
