Additional details

Sail Date: Feb 2010

Embarkation: Long lines (3000 people boarding)

Buffet: Pro: Restaurant Quality food Con: warm orange juice all 6 days. Also no one is encouraged to use hand sanitizer. This was also the case after returning back to port. They did not even have the hand sanitizer outside when returning back on the ship from Cozumel! Luckily I brought my own but thousand of passengers just went back on the ship and directly to the main common areas w/o any proper cleansing.

Sorrento's Pizza: The Sorrento's Pizza staff is a very unhappy sad crew. They do not want to serve the slices and will completely ignore you with their backs turned. Once you get there attention they will pretend they are distracted or can't hear you, even if u are there only customer. They have a break between lunch and dinner and my husband was just deciding which slice to take when within 20 seconds they decided to close. So he said I am standing in front of you and just want this one slice pointing directly at it and they refused and said he couldn't have it because they were "closed".
