Sail Date: Jan 2010
Cabin: Garden Villa
Traveled with children

We traveled on the Jan 30 sailing of the Pearl staying in Garden Villa 14500 with two other couples. We also had people from our group staying in Courtyard Villa's, Romance suites (AD), penthouse AC's and minisuites AF. We had 33 people including two little grandchildren.

I coordinated the big surprise for my wife through the concierge Karan. He handled everything perfectly. My wife and I had visited friends in Florida and drove over to the ship on the morning of the departure trailing all the others by about an hour.

All the others arrived the night before and stayed at the Soffitel. They said the rooms were great and the people friendly but the food drinks etc were very expensive. They transferred to the pier by bus arranged by the hotel concierge. Karan meet the group and kept them all together throughout check in. Karan had everyone escorted to the Villa to wait for the surprise. I had prearranged to have soda and beer alchohol available through Karan.
