This was our 8th cruise. 3 (7night) 1 (5 night) with Carnival and 4 (7 nights) with RCL. RCL has the best ships and layouts.

Embarkation: The ships were late into port because of the fog. Ship pulled in at 1:30p.m and we are on board by 5:00p.m. They gave us a $20.00 credit per person because we had to eat lunch off the ship. Weather was in the mid 50's in Galveston and very foggy.

Ship: Very well maintained for an older ship. We have sailed the Freedom and both ships are about the same. Voyager is just a smaller version. The ship stays on Central Standard Time which is the same time in the ports. If you go out of Florida remember the ports are an hour behind the ship. All the bartenders move bars every week so if you are looking for someone specific and don't see them that is why.
