Great ship. But with some poor management choices.

LUMINOSA is a fine new ship. Public areas flash and spacious. A pleasure to walk around. No queueing for tables/seats etc at breakfst or lunch and with sea views. Cabin well designed and and with truly large and comfortable beds..We enjoyed the cruise [desite the gripes below] which was probably due as much to the great February weather than to anything else. THe lifts were ample and quick. Seldom had to wait.

There were a few niggles -

BAR DRINKS WERE EXPENSIVE [only a minor gripe]. They always are with Costa - so on principle we had fewer and spent less than usual in the bars.

Cabin Review

Cabin 7

A deck 7 balcony cabin - midships - number 732something - all the balconies around there seemed OK.. Very good. Clear views from balcony.

Well designed use of space. More wardrobe and drawer space than first apparent.

Beds really big and comfy.
