We celebrated on the Celebration
Embarkation: Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)
From the time we parked the car, the shuttle picked us up, took us to the port, we in processed, we went aboard ship, were greeted by very helpful cabin Stewart's, who escorted us to our cabin, made sure we were settled in. The cabin we had was small, but it did serve the purpose. We were free to walk around and explore the ship, we were offered drinks. Our first night we enjoyed watching the ship leave the port , we went to dinner, and after enjoyed the entertainment.
The next morning we awoke to find we were in the Bahamas, we ate breakfast, and met in the view room, from there we were escorted off the boat to being our excursion to the discovery Atlantis tour. We had a wonderful day, caught the first shuttle back to the boat, and was able to do some shopping before boarding. After getting back on the boat we got ready for dinner, went to the top deck and enjoyed the entertainment, then went to dinner, went to the casino, back to the club the view, enjoyed the entertainment, More they do know how to put on a good show, it was very enjoyable.
The only thing we would like different is for the menu to have more choices, or variety for the dinner menu. We did not find the cruise to be as bad as the reviews that we read prior to booking our cruise. For our first time, we found this to be a very pleasant, and enjoyable experience The staff and people to be very happy, and laid back, when we have the chance to do this again, i would do it with the same cruise line.
