Unfortunately, so did every drunken 20-50 year old in the world. We expected elegance and got literally, falling down sloppy drunks from forward to aft. It was not what we expected. I understand NCL has no way of controlling this (in fact, at the prices they charge additional for alchohol, they encourage it), but I'm warning fellow travelers who are seeking a peaceful voyage that they should seek elsewhere. And mind you, we are only in our late 30s, so it's not like we were looking for the early bird special or anything. Just a little bit of class.
On the plus side, to be fair:
Embarkation and disembarkation were a breeze. Staterooms were kept clean. Food in the specialty restaurants was good, as was service. Entertainment, especially Matt Baker our cruise director was great
Balcony room had a port window as well, bigger than I expected. Furniture is a bit dated and beaten up.
